Online Personalized Training

This option is for those who are very serious about reaching their goals. You will meet with Coach Dave to discuss goals, wants and needs. From their, a personalized program will be developed for you based on our discussion. Nutrition, exercise and healthy habit change are all included.

  • Bi-weekly call or video chat with Coach Dave to help keep you on track.

  • Workouts provided with video demonstration through our easy-to-use app.

  • Daily access to messaging with Coach Dave whenever questions arise.

 

Mobile Personal Training

For those in the Antelope Valley area of southern California, we are available for in-person training. We are mobile so meet at your house or a local park. We bring all of the equipment you’ll need to be successful. Just like our online program, we will sit down with you to discuss your goals and develop a personalized plan specific to your needs.

  • Train as many days a week as you need with us.

  • 1-hour sessions provide ample time to discuss, workout and stretch.

  • Nutrition and healthy habit change is included.

Ready-to-Go Exercise Program

This option is for those looking to get started quick. These programs are pre-designed and we have dozens of options based on your goals. Lengths vary and range from 4 weeks up to 12 weeks. This is not a 1-on-1 program.

  • Great for advanced exercisers who don’t need 1-on-1 guidance.

  • Programs can be done at home with limited equipment or at the gym.

  • Start immediately. As soon as you purchase your program, you can head to the gym.
