Whether you love the beach or barbequing with family, summer is approaching rapidly. We all want to take advantage of the sunshine by being in great shape, feeling good, looking good and being confident. Unfortunately, that doesn’t happen without putting in some work. Fortunately though, we can help ease some of the burden. Our summer slim down program will give you all of the guidance, motivation and discipline you need to get into the shape you deserve. You don’t need to spend 6 hours a day walking on a stair master or cut out carbs from your diet.

How It Works

Starting May 1st, ending May 31st, you will be given a workout program formulated to help you lose weight. Programs are delivered via app where we can track your progress and you can ask questions whenever they arise.

Along with the workouts, you will be given detailed nutrition guidance to follow in order to hit your goals. You’ll still have freedom to eat the way you like but with some guidance.

Diet and exercise are only part of the solution though. Outside of meal time and gym time we have some tips and habits for you to build that will make a huge difference in your weight loss.

This is all done from home, no need to go step on a scale in front of a crowded gym or worry about scheduling an appointment around someone else’s time.
