Our Guarantee To You
We understand, this all seems to good to be true. We are very confident in our systems though so we want to ease your mind.
If you give this challenge everything you have, by everything we mean at least 80%, complete 80% of the workouts, attend at least half of the live workouts, and track your meals and hit your protein goals for at least 80% of the days and you still gain weight during the challenge, we will continue working with you free of charge until we get off the weight you’ve gained plus another 5 lbs. If that takes a year, that is what we will do.
(We have never had someone make it through this program at least doing 80% and not lose some weight.)
About Me And Some Background On This Challenge
We have all been there, myself included, the holiday season comes, life happens then we get up around Jan. 3rd and ask why didn’t I just use a little self-control over the holidays?
We get busy. Family, work and school. It all just becomes a lot.
We always say to ourselves, “I’ll start tomorrow or next week.”
More than ever, we all know our health and our families health is the the most important thing in life. But, we still struggle to get on track and take control.
That’s why I started this challenge- to give my clients and family motivation to prioritize their health year-round.
My original goal was to keep my clients exercising during the holidays and maybe limit weight gain to 1-2 lbs. But they have went above and beyond that by losing pounds and pounds over the holidays without sacrificing family time. I would love for you to be a part of it!

FAQ
What if I am “out of shape”?
No problem! Everyone is at a different fitness level when we begin. Our workouts are designed to meet you where you’re at and get you where you need to be.
How will I know how to perform all of the exercises?
Each of the exercises has a video demonstration breaking down exactly what you need to do to stay safe and lift effectively.
Am I going to be starving everyday?
No! We are all about balance and health. This is not a fad diet that you’ll give up as soon as the challenge ends. You will learn how to eat healthy while still enjoy your favorite Thanksgiving Day pie.
How do I win the challenge?
We have a scoring system where everyone earns points for workouts, daily steps and weight maintenance/loss. Every week you’ll be updated with standings to see what you need to do to win!
How long will the workouts be everyday?
Good news is you don’t have to go the gym everyday. We have 3-5 workouts per week and should not take longer than an hour provided you’re following our rest times.
What if I don’t have equipment at home?
We do highly encourage using weights and equipment. If you don’t have any equipment at home or access to a gym you can still participate, just reach out to us and we can set you up with the appropriate exercises.
I have an injury, can I still participate?
Clearance from a doctor is always recommended. With that, most people have delt with injuries or limitations. Because you have access to a trainer, we will guide you through safely performing exercises to avoid aggravating an injury.
